About the role

Reporting to the Project Director you drive the strategic technology projects that involve collaboration across multiple departments and teams ensuring seamless delivery and effective teamwork. Partner closely with engineering to scope out tasks assign resources set timelines and manage project benchmarks. Guide cross-disciplinary groups from the conception of a project through to its public release keeping all stakeholders aligned and focused on objectives. Continuously monitor project status address any interdependencies identify and mitigate risks and relay key insights and updates to decision-makers. Establish project-specific metrics evaluate ongoing performance and leverage analytical insights to influence direction and outcomes. Coordinate the roll out of business features alongside technical efforts harmonizing objectives to achieve both operational and commercial goals. Lastly oversee deployment systems and drive knowledge sharing processes that foster transparency and team-wide proficiency.

The successful applicant

• At least 5 years hands-on experience directing programs or projects in fast-paced software environments.
• Robust understanding of application development systems architecture and IT infrastructure.
• Skilled in leading projects using Waterfall Agile or hybrid approaches; direct experience as a Scrum Master is considered will be beneficial
• Having certification in PMP CSM PSM or ACP credentials will be a major plus
• Track record of unifying different teams to achieve shared objectives through creative problem-solving and influential leadership.
• Superior communication facilitation and people skills with a history of mentoring and developing talent preferred.
• Adept at running effective meetings distilling complex information into concise documentation and implementing best practices in automation.
• Passionate about transforming expert knowledge into accessible actionable insights for varied audiences.
• Written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin a significant advantage
