Living the Red Bull On Premise Culture
Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise culture. Art of Musketeering spirit at the base of all action. Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product representing them to the team and the on premise network. Act as the voice and ambassador of the Red Bull brand product and Look Like #1 standards when engaging with market teams the on premise network and distribution partners. Ensure that field teams (both internal and external) are fully informed aligned with and engaged in our guidelines ambitions and strategy. Have a can-do attitude and talk about opportunities instead of challenges. Set up and care for the communication with the complete management team and key stakeholders (SEA APAC and HQ teams)
Spot Markets management
(Spot Markets are specific markets where no internal Red Bull team is currently permanently located; Red Bull sells to select distribution parners to reach the market) Lead the On Premise strategy implementation across Spot Markets to deliver trade sales growth across all markets year on collaboration with Spot Markets Manager constantly assess the On Premise Route to Market (RTM) across all markets and explore implement opportunities for optimisation to benefit Red Bulls presence (availability and execution) in the channel. Review/build and present to management the strategy for long term growth across Spot Markets during routine cycles in close collaboration with Spot Markets Manager.
On Premise Chained & Key Accounts development
Successfully develop multinational chained and defined key accounts across by Southeast Asia the contact negotiations distribution and activation at a national level and through multi-market deals. Support Singapore and Indonesia (no current On Premise KA resource) in their growth of chained and select key accounts by engaging negotiating listing and activating Red Bull in close collaboration with local team. Build the On Premise KAM capability across SEA by providing guidance coaching and best practices whilst communicating and implementing the global playbook and strategy. Champion the SEA KA community. Build strong partnerships and relationships with both manager and peers on the SEA Country Leadership Teams to jointly deliver against strategic priorities. Ensure productive working relationship between the On Premise Team members and their internal stakeholders in other Departments (Off Premise Sales Marketing Operations Finance Human Resources Legal). Proactively support the engagement and motivation of the wider local organisation beyond the On Premise Department.
Support SEA On Premise teams and leadership transversally
Development of the regional On Premise training plan ensuring the implementation of the relevant Red Bull modules to all On Premise team members in the region. Responsible for the execution of training sessions to ensure Red Bull standards. Support the build of overall Art of Musketeering (AOM) capability in the region (across various role types incl. On Premise Marketing Field Key Account Management). Mission based support to On Premise teams in markets (route to market negotiations distributor management festivals trade marketing). Provide support in onboarding new On Premise resources in the region to ensure rapid integration understanding of Red Bull ways and as a result impact. Provide strategic guidance to On Premise teams when needed supporting the cascading of global strategies to local markets.
People Management
Search find and recruit the Regional On Premise Marketing Specialist; onboard and train for impact to the region. Manage and coach the Regional On Premise Marketing Specialist to successfully activate and execute the brand in On Premise across the assigned marketings in SEA and support execution of the music festivals/3rd party events scene.
Cooperation with our Distribution Partners
Build strong partnerships and relationships with transparent and reliable data sharing. Conduct joint business planning with frequent and effective communication to deliver those plans. Deliver training to distribution partner sales representatives. Conduct and report on monthly business performance reviews and updates
Qualifications :
University Degree preferred (business marketing or similar)
Fluency in English (verbal & written)
Available to travel 50% of the time
Minimum 3 years management experience with a strong track record of building success through others.
Previous experience in on premise channel ideally across Key Account Management Distribution Partner Management Field Force Management and with close exposure to Trade Marketing.
Strong on premise industry knowledge and experience in the scene.
Entrepreneurial approach and mindset.
Highly developed analytical planning prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds/cultures.
Ability to cultivate team environment.
Excellent negotiation and communication ability.
