Assistant Learning & Development Manager (RefI)
Job Summary
- Support the design promotion and implementation of customer service learning initiatives for the Corporation
- Collaborate with line departments to design and implement learning initiatives that develop current and potential talent in their units
- Assist in engaging internal and external stakeholders to plan deliver and evaluate effective training and development solutions according to the business needs
- Act as a Programme Manager of various curriculum programmes
- Conduct analyses and reports on learning initiatives
- Conduct research and identify learning and development best practices
- Degree in a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years experience of which 3 years should at supervisory level
- Good facilitation and coaching problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Having experience with talent development programs is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as PowerPoint Excel Canva and learning technology offerings
- Experience in visualisation tool in learning analytic and Learning Management System is preferred
- High level of proactiveness ability to work under pressure and commitment to timeline
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
