Job Summary

An International Insurance Company providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services with her scope of business ranges from insurance investment and retirement to MPF. To cope with her business expansion they are looking for result-driven and highly motivated Bancassurance Professional to join their Team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sales and marketing materials for the promotion of insurance products

Drive sales by designing incentives and related campaigns

Assist the Head to implement the marketing plan

Account management of existing bank partners including maintaining a good relationship driving new initiatives implementing effective sales campaigns ensuring bank partners are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Assist Department Head in identifying new business opportunities/partnerships and executing the required action plans

Support multi-distribution channels of bank partners including face-to-face selling digital distribution and telemarketing

Liaise with internal departments to provide various support for bank partners

Preparing business proposals and presentations

Perform business analytics and regular reports

Keep abreast of competitor movement digital and market trends

Requirements:

University degree with 10 years experience in bancassurance account management or business development

Strong knowledge of insurance products sales promotion plan marketing campaigns

Strong interpersonal skills and articulate well with both external and internal stakeholders

Sound problem solving skills with a strong drive to deliver business results

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Attentive to details strong sense of responsibility

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager level
