Project Assistant ()
TheSchool of Creative Arts (SCA) comprised of three well-established academic units: theAcademy of FilmtheAcademy of Music andtheAcademy of Visual Arts. Established on July 1 2022 SCA is dedicated to nurturing future-ready talents for Hong Kong and beyond while making a significant impact on society through innovative research and transdisciplinary studies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive office administration support includingprocessing purchasing requisitions for the School;
- Assistant the daily operation including student records maintenancestudent-related matters;
- Assist school-wide meetings delegation visits activities and events;
- Assist the website updates and maintenance;
- Liaising with internal and external units; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree or above;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- A strong team plater with a high sense of responsibility and effective time management skills;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Willingness to accept challenges and take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
- Proficiency incomputer applications including MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Chinese Wordare required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written/skills assessment.
The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
