Job Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Head or Director Lead to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals targeting new markets and revenue growth.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and monitor team performance using sales data and analytics.
  • Oversee manage and motivate the sales team providing coaching training and ongoing support.
  • Recruit onboard and develop sales team members to ensure skill development and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and stay competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance and forecasting reports to executive leadership.
  • Drive digital sales transformation adoption of sales automation and CRM software for efficient processes.

Pre-Requsities:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7 years of experience in sales with minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management position.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in sales strategy forecasting and sales team development.
  • Strong analytical organizational negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Skills
    Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
