Job Summary
The RTF Maintenance Head is responsible for the comprehensive management of critical production systems and equipment. Their duties range from coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance programs to the direct supervision of systems such as purified water clean steam and compressed air all under strict quality and EHS standards. They must lead a maintenance team ensure compliance with safety regulations implement continuous improvement and waste reduction strategies and guarantee the reliability and operational efficiency of the equipment. This role requires constant communication with upper management proactive problem-solving and a strong commitment to operational excellence in a highly precise and regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree completed (Masters degree desirable)
Experience: 3 to 6 years in Pharmaceutical Production at a supervisory level
Key Knowledge:
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
ISO and GMP regulations
OEE MTTF MTBF concepts
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
