The role

Were looking for a highly organised dependable Legal Executive Assistant to join our growing Brisbane office. This is a full-time role supporting Partners and their teams and offers the rare chance to be involved in the heart of our client and business development activity.

Youll combine your strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent administration and organisational ability to keep everything running smoothly while also contributing to the firms growth and client engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to a Practice Group Leader and other Partners.
  • Proactively manage workflow for multiple Partners and their teams.
  • Calendar and inbox management including scheduling internal/external meetings and coordinating travel.
  • Prepare legal documents maintain client/matter records and manage internal/external communications.
  • Support bids proposals and capability statements and assist with business development and client-relationship activities.
  • Coordinate reporting and tracking for our recent panel appointment.
  • Organise internal strategic meetings to support decision-making and efficient communication.
  • Provide comprehensive billing expense and creditor management support to keep financials on track.
  • Create and deliver reports and presentations that communicate critical information clearly and effectively.

Were looking for someone who:

  • Has 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal EA.
  • Possesses intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Communicates confidently and manages competing priorities with ease.
  • Is proactive self-motivated and a natural problem solver.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a fast-paced growth-focused environment.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and can juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Is an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
