An enthusiastic dynamic and inspirational Head of Maths is required to join a thriving and successful curriculum area.

The successful candidate will share in our vision for Catholic Education as part of a successful and experienced Maths Department which is committed to raising academic standards for all students whilst supporting the spiritual and moral development of the whole person.

Any such enhancement would be linked to the candidates previous successful experience particularly in achieving ambitious outcomes at GCSE and A-Level in Maths. We are looking for a Head of Department who:
Want to transform childrens lives and develop a love of Maths.
Can be accountable for student progress and development within the subject area
Is an excellent classroom practitioner
Can effectively manage and deploy teaching/support staff financial and physical resources within the department to support the designated subject portfolio
Can lead a department and develop and enhance the teaching practice of others
Work well with staff and students alike

Are looking to join a community of schools that promotes the formation of young people into successful citizens. Are interested in developing their practice and committed to their own professional development
