Job Summary
- 2-6 years of experience in factory production development or sample development in home textiles.
- Strong understanding of textile materials manufacturing processes and product development cycles.
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production schedules and timelines effectively.
- Oversee sample development from initial designs to final approval.
- Coordinate with factories to ensure sample accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor production schedules track progress and ensure timely delivery of bulk orders.
- Conduct quality checks on samples and finished products resolving any issues.
- Communicate with factories on material specifications timelines and costing.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
