Job Summary

In the Role you get:

- 15 years of overall experience in Project & Delivery Management Stakeholder Management Agile Scrum Kanban SAFe Leadership Risk & Issue Management Team Leadership & Mentoring.

- Role will cut across multiple independent scrum teams working on the application build

- Ensure Jira entries ask what help is required by these teams

- Find the impediments to progress

- Report out the progress

- This role will have to interact with many 20 years experience team members of client

- Should be able to stand ground and be assertive and call out problems openly

- Healthcare product engineering background is a must

- Define Sutherlands reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback. Work towards common goal of One Sutherland Team playing to win.

Qualifications :

Our most successful candidates will have:

- Academic: BE / BTECH (CSE IT) . (Computers) BCA / MCA Or Other Bachelor / Masters Degree in Computing / IT preferred

- Functional Domain: Healthcare IT / IT Services Delivery domain. - Experience: Relevant years of experience in similar role.

- Communication skills: Have strong verbal and written communication skills be able to communicate in a clear constructive and professional manner.

- Personality: Good time-management skills.

- Team player: Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success.

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

- Be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements.
