Staff Inbound Product Manager Workflow Data Fabric

The Team:

The Workflow Data Fabric (WDF) focused on Integrating data from multiple data sources and powering AI with such data. Our team is specifically responsible for 2 of the integration products (Integration Hub and Stream Connect) and several products that span across WDF. We are the team that is making data AI-ready for our customers building tremendous interest. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team within a hugely successful company.

• Defining the requirements for upcoming features (based on inputs from customers / competitive analyses / internal projections)
• Working with UX team to produce early demos
• Working with Engineering team for implementation
• Delivering materials for customer outreach
• Measuring feature usage in our customer base and focusing on feature adoptionLead product strategythatsets us up for success as welook to growto $10B inrevenue

• Integrate usability studies research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

• Develop multi-modecommunications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
• Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8 years of softwareproductmanagement experience
• Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
• Experiencedefining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
• Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions
• Drive solution development through big-picture solution development
• Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
