The Role
Development lead role supporting Modern Front-end web development with an emphasis on Adobe platforms including Experience addition the lead role is expected to develop enhances debugs deploys supports maintains and test JavaScript HTML code CDN configurations Adobe platform tools and other application tools in the USTAs digital ecosystem. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms software hardware technologies and tools. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.
- Lead development efforts across multiple phases of the SDLC including design development unit/integration testing and supporting the delivery of solutions for digital applications.
- Perform technical analysis and delivery for key digital initiatives as well as lead upgrade enhancements and support for existing strategic applications/systems
- Collaborate with lines of business units vendor partners technical implementation teams (Development QA and Infrastructure) to balance the complexities of technical implementation against business requirements
- Create and maintain system functional and reference documentation
- Adhere-to and augment relevant coding/design standards and principles. Ensure the design and development is conforming to best practices and standards.
- Performcode reviews and analysis to ensure quality and adherence to security best practices of code developed by 3rd parties
Who You Are
- 6-10 years proven IT experience performing hands-on software development roles
- Must be strong multifaceted technologist with experience delivering enterprise-level applications
- Must have experience with Adobe AEM sites and projects
- Must have experience and strong hands-on skills in: JavaScript and one or many modern web frameworks such as and
- Must have experience with DevOps continuous integration/deployment and TDD.
- Must have experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of service oriented architecture microservices and software design patterns
- Must have strong problem-solving abilities self-starter sound team player
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve results
- Previous experience in Sports/Media & Entertainment industry is a plus
- Previous experience operating and delivering in multiple SDLC methodologies
- College/University Degree preferably within a technology domain
- This position is designated as hybrid/flex and will require on-site work while allowing for some remote work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is between $160000 to 190000.This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables including as appropriate the applicants qualifications for the position the years of relevant experience their unique skills and the location from which they will be performing the job.
