Full-Stack Team Leader

Product Description:

In this role you will work on the SolarEdge Designer product - a CAD web application which allows PV professionals to design a complete PV system from scratch and explore the benefits of the system.

Job Description:

On this position you will be both a full stack developer of a complex product and leading other developers.

For development you will use a state-of-the-art technology stack including Java 18/21 Spring Boot Hibernate ORM MySQL MariaDB TypeScript React Redux RxJS Material UI Webpack Redis Cassandra RabbitMQ Python GWT Kubernetes Docker GitLab CI/CD Cypress Jest. Your work will include working closely with business requirements and finding ways to develop the product writing design documents managing a number of highly professional developers implementing features together and unit testing them.

Requirements:

• Technical degree
• At least 7 years of software development with Java
• At least 2 years of software development with FE technologies preferably React
• Experience in leading development teams
• Experience in leading projects
• Experience in the development (design & programming) of scalable Web applications
• Familiarity with technology stack - Spring Hibernate
• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient and dedicated ability to execute tasks from initiation to completion
• Analytic approach to problem solving
• Creative thinking
• Motivated and independent
• Experience in dealing with business requirements and product development
