Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our client to manage shipments logistics and timely delivery across their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from order to delivery.
  • Arrange transportation for inbound and outbound shipments including booking carriers and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Track shipments address delays and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation including bills of lading customs paperwork and invoices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers freight forwarders and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with procurement warehouse and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs.
  • Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle and resolve issues related to damaged goods delays or transportation errors.
  • Maintain logistics reports KPIs and records in company systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in logistics transportation or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping processes freight regulations and documentation.
  • Proficiency with logistics software (e.g. SAP Oracle TMS WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
