Job Description
- Assist in planning organising prepare the product materials and managing projects including launch events expo and training sessions.
- Monitor and report progress of projects in order to ensure smooth and in-time delivery
- Conduct procurement activities and exercise due diligence for project-related items such as events vendors and business partnerships
- Deliver brief presentations when needed
Education & Qualification
- University graduate or above in any disciplines with preferably compliance or project management related experience .
- 1 year experience or above
- Strong time management teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Responsible dedicated and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Job Requirements
- Proficient in use of computer software (including power point excel and words)
- Excellent coordination skills in execution among relevant departments and production vendors
- Detail oriented and able to deliver accurate work
- Good interpersonal skill
- Able to handle multi-task

- Quality Orientation
- Good communication skill and being able to cooperate with others good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
