Job Summary
We are currently looking for Legal Consultants Insurance/Reinsurance to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Hong Kong!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 PQE with a focus on insurance or reinsurance
- Commercial contracts experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal support on (i) Regulatory/legal issues relating to insurance and reinsurance (contract review policy wordings); (ii) General corporate and commercial advisory work
- Draft negotiate and review legal agreements
- Maintains current knowledge of legal issues and developments in the law; evaluates legal trends for impact on the company/ group
- Provide legal support on insurance claims review when needed
