Job Summary

Pay: HK$9882 HK$12011.5 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
assist in the receiving of prescriptions and issuing of tickets for drug collection in SOPC.
perform picking of drugs and replenishment of stocks on automated drug dispensing machines.
perform routine cleaning monitoring and maintenance of the environmental and equipment conditions in pharmacy as well as general housekeeping and cleaning in pharmacy.
provide support to general pharmacy operations including re-packing of drugs bulk item replenishment drugs receiving stock management handling of drug charging processes patient and department enquiries and drug delivery.
be responsible for data collection data entry filing and maintenance of the document control system.
supervise coordinate and assist in the training of subordinates.
perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements :
1. F.5/ S.5 with:
(a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin; or
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND relevant experience / license; OR
2. Able to read and write Chinese speak fluent Cantonese and read write and speak simple English AND well experienced / relevant license

2. F.5/ S.5 with HKCEE/ HKDSE 5 passes/ attaining Level 2/ Grade E incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin/ Diploma AND 3 years relevant experiences in HA; OR F.5/ S.5 with 5 years relevant experiences in HA may also be considered.
3. The required no. of working hours is 19.5 hours per week.
4. Appointment will be on contract terms for 1 year.
