What Youll Do
- Direct hospitality design projects across all phases from pitch to punch list.
- Translate client goals into impactful immersive environments.
- Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers.
- Ensure storytelling integrity documentation quality and constructability.
- Contribute to business development firm culture and thought leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design.
- 10 years of experience in hospitality interior design with project leadership.
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity range and storytelling.
- Expertise in Revit Adobe Creative Suite Bluebeam and Enscape.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to lead with clarity and care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $77000 $133000 (based on experience and location).
