What Youll Do

• Direct hospitality design projects across all phases from pitch to punch list.
• Translate client goals into impactful immersive environments.
• Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers.
• Ensure storytelling integrity documentation quality and constructability.
• Contribute to business development firm culture and thought leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design.
• 10 years of experience in hospitality interior design with project leadership.
• A strong portfolio that showcases creativity range and storytelling.
• Expertise in Revit Adobe Creative Suite Bluebeam and Enscape.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to lead with clarity and care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $77000 $133000 (based on experience and location).
