Job Summary

Were seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead benefits administration and leave management for our Acton-based manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on accuracy compliance and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs (health dental vision life disability wellness)

  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries issue resolution and vendor communication

  • Manage leave programs including FMLA PFML ADA STD/LTD and workers compensation

  • Ensure compliance with federal state and plan-level requirements

  • Conduct new hire benefits onboarding and support HRIS enrollment (UKG)

  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports for audits and renewals

  • Support annual open enrollment and benefits audits

  • Assist with training program administration and recordkeeping


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and leave administration

  • Strong knowledge of FMLA PFML ADA and compliance requirements

  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred)

  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HR certification a plus
