Were seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead benefits administration and leave management for our Acton-based manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on accuracy compliance and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs (health dental vision life disability wellness)
Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries issue resolution and vendor communication
Manage leave programs including FMLA PFML ADA STD/LTD and workers compensation
Ensure compliance with federal state and plan-level requirements
Conduct new hire benefits onboarding and support HRIS enrollment (UKG)
Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports for audits and renewals
Support annual open enrollment and benefits audits
Assist with training program administration and recordkeeping
Qualifications :
5 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and leave administration
Strong knowledge of FMLA PFML ADA and compliance requirements
Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent required; HR certification a plus
