Job Responsibilities:

AI Development and Quality Assurance:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of scalable AI solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and model optimisation.

• Fine-tune AI models for performance scalability and accuracy.

• Ensure alignment with Prudentials data protection technology & AI risk and governance frameworks and regulatory standards.

• Implement robust quality assurance processes to uphold high standards in AI delivery

Technical AI Domain Expertise:

• Conduct research and development (R&D) to current with advancements in AI machine learning and LLM frameworks.

• Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate AI solutions into business solutions.

• Contribute to a culture of innovation continuous learning and knowledge sharing of AI.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.

• Strong foundation in data AI and modern cloud infrastructure.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries.

• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Passion for innovation.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
