Job Summary

This role focuses on building optimizing and supporting high-performance infrastructure for mission-critical low-latency systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Linux cloud platforms automation and performance tuning with the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced production environments.

Expertise in OS kernel tuning including cgroups IRQ affinity and low-latency optimization for trading workloads on both cloud and physical environments.
Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructures (AWS Alibaba Cloud Oracle Cloud) including setup configuration and maintenance.
Strong background in infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform Ansible and custom scripting.
Advanced Linux system administration and deep troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to support production environments including incident response and rapid issue resolution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with senior and executive management (including preference for off-hour support when required).
Ability to produce clear documentation and perform effective knowledge transfer.

Good to have:

Understanding of networking fundamentals leased lines and techniques for optimizing latency.
Experience setting up and enhancing monitoring and alerting systems.
Familiarity with multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS Alibaba Cloud Oracle Cloud Azure).
Knowledge of performance benchmarking analysis and testing methodologies.
Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Awareness of financial trading system workflows and requirements.
Experience with hardware setup configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience in vendor management and external communication.
Mentoring capabilities and leadership experience within technical teams.
