Shift: Part time Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm

Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

The Roper St Francis Health System Nursing Support Assistant provides dedicated system wide support to Nursing. This position maintains and updates the nursing website as directed and/or approved by nursing leadership assists with system wide nursing projects and manages the Roper Hospital meeting rooms.

Essential Job Functions

• Working with Nursing Leadership regularly review and update the nursing website for the nursing system.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating special projects as directed by Nursing Leadership. Work must be accurate and completed within established deadlines.
• Manage the reservation process of the Roper Hospital meeting room.
• Perform other job duties and responsibilities as required.

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of clerical experience (required).

3 years of administrative work experience which must have included some experience with updating and managing web content preferred.
