Job Summary
Role: Guidewire Billing Center-Developer
Location: Warren MI (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- A Guidewire Billing Center Developer is responsible for designing configuring and customizing the Guidewire Billing Center application to meet business requirements including developing and integrating solutions using the Gosu programming language.
- Key duties include configuring billing rules payments and invoicing; integrating with external systems via web services; performing unit and integration testing; and troubleshooting production issues. This role requires collaboration with business analysts and other developers and participation in Agile development cycles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Implement required integration/configuration changes as per the business requirements
- Working knowledge of SOAP / REST web service Understanding of XML XSD messaging plugins
- Coordinate with the client business and technology teams in gathering requirements
Required skills:
- 8-10 years Experience on Guidewire Billing Center and maintaining applications using tools like Git Azure DevOps etc.
- 8-10 years Experience of Code Release management understanding agile methodology
- 8-10 years Experience in Well versed with OOTB Billing center functionalities
- 8-10 years Experience of Invoicing Delinquency Payments Commission General Ledger and Casualty
- 8-10 years Experience in Sound Database and performance tuning experience
