You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe dedicated Payroll Supervisor will lead a team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 65000 employees across multiple states. This role involves overseeing payroll team members that are resolving complex payroll issues and maintaining compliance with all government reporting requirements. The Payroll Supervisor will have strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to foster relationships with key business partners. Additionally this role requires staying updated on legal requirements and driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Payroll Supervisor will also develop implement update and monitor internal controls over NOAMs payroll processes to ensure financial data accuracy asset protection and employee data privacy.
Because this role involves access to confidential financial information the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.

5 years of North America payroll experience
Significant experience with knowledge of all aspects of payroll processes and related systems including garnishments benefits taxes time & attendance collection for multiple countries (regional exposure).

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
A demonstrated understanding of all aspects of payroll processes and related systems; including but not limited to benefits taxes and time and attendance collection.
The ability to review regulatory publications understand technical terminology and easily determine the effect pending and/or newly enacted legislation will have on current Department procedures.
