This role is responsible for executing channel digital enablement projects to ensure quality delivery and as planned as well as providing production support to the frontline sales team and/or distribution partners.Job Responsibilities:
Provide support in conducting feasibility studies on new ideas and consolidate findings to support recommendations to management.
Execute projects according to plan by writing up user stories according to business requirements writing up test cases according to test plan performing UAT and providing UAT findings and ensuring the delivery by tech team are validated before rollout.
Provide production support to frontline sales team and/or distribution partners and liaise with tech team to investigate issues and resolve production issues and communicate to the frontline.
Job Requirements:
University graduate preferably in business or technology discipline
5 years or above relevant experience in financial sector preferably in life insurance
Solid experience in business analysis with sound technical knowledge.
Strong understanding of digital user experience
Good problem solving analytical and communications skills
Experience in SQL and Power BI is a plus
Excellent command of English and Chinese both written and spoken. Ability to speak both Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
