Job Summary

What You Will Do

Deliver GMV goal and help sellers growth with Rocket Growth Model
Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth
Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies
Identify and resolve merchants pain points through high-impact projects
Build long-term relationships with merchants ensuring high levels of merchantssatisfaction
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals

Basic Qualifications

5 years of sales business development or account management experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
