Job Description
What You Will Do
- Deliver GMV goal and help sellers growth with Rocket Growth Model
- Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth
- Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies
- Identify and resolve merchants pain points through high-impact projects
- Build long-term relationships with merchants ensuring high levels of merchantssatisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of sales business development or account management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
