Work Mode: Hybrid (Cab Provided)

Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (EST Shift Flexible)
We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting supporting and resolving technical issues using modern web technologies. This role involves direct collaboration with multiple business functions making excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve product support issues related to analytics tools.

Work closely with Product Development R&D Testing teams and Product Owners to resolve complex technical challenges.

Handle API integration-related issues and resolve queries efficiently.

Deliver seamless technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
