Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Functional Consultant to support the design configuration and optimization of our Learning Performance and Talent Management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CSOD modules and a strong understanding of HR processes related to learning performance recruiting and employee development.

This role focuses on the functional administration and enhancement of the CSOD platformworking with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations ensuring the platform meets organizational goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HR Talent and Learning teams to gather business requirements and translate them into CSOD configurations and workflows.
Configure and maintain CSOD modules such as Learning Performance Recruiting Onboarding and Succession.
Perform system testing data validation and quality assurance for new releases enhancements and configurations.
Support CSOD release management staying current with new features and recommending adoption of relevant functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with internal teams and CSOD support.
Develop and maintain documentation (requirements configuration guides process flows and user training materials).
Create and maintain reports and dashboards within the CSOD reporting framework to support HR and business analytics.
Provide end-user training and functional support for HR and business teams.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using CSOD tools.

Requirements

Required:

5 years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand in a functional or administrative capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR processes (Learning Performance Recruiting Talent Management).
Experience with system configuration testing and production support within CSOD.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience with CSOD Reporting Edge Marketplace integrations or Data Loads.
Familiarity with single sign-on (SSO) security roles and user provisioning.
Background in HR Technology or HRIS implementation projects.
Cornerstone OnDemand Certification(s) in one or more modules.
