We are seeking an experienced UKG Integration Consultant to design develop and support integrations between UKG systems and external business applications such as HR Payroll Benefits Finance and third-party vendor platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in UKG Pro UKG Dimensions or UKG Ready and hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations using APIs file-based transfers and middleware technologies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate secure and seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and support integrations and data interfaces between UKG and third-party systems (Benefits Payroll ATS ERP etc.).
Utilize UKG tools and technologies (e.g. UKG Pro Integration Hub API Services Dell Boomi REST/SOAP APIs SFTP) to develop scalable solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
Collaborate with HR Payroll IT and external vendors to deliver high-quality stable integration solutions.
Maintain technical documentation including data mapping workflow diagrams and support procedures.
Monitor integration performance troubleshoot issues and provide root-cause analysis for production incidents.
Ensure all integrations comply with data security privacy and governance standards.
Support system upgrades testing and new feature implementations related to integrations.
Recommend and implement best practices for integration management and automation.
Requirements
Required:
35 years of hands-on experience with UKG integrations (UKG Pro Dimensions or Ready).
Strong understanding of UKG data structures business processes and APIs.
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML SFTP and web service technologies.
Experience developing and maintaining integrations with third-party HR and Payroll vendors.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on data integrity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
Preferred:
Experience with Dell Boomi or other middleware/integration platforms.
UKG Integration Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Familiarity with HR Payroll Benefits and Timekeeping processes.
Background in enterprise HR technology or system implementation projects.
