Job Summary

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team and support the learning and development needs of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions ensuring new hires and existing team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding and product training sessions for new hires.
Conduct refresher courses and continuous learning sessions for tenured employees.
Develop and update training materials to align with business requirements.
Assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address training needs and performance gaps.
Ensure training delivery is aligned with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry (preferably handling US accounts).
Strong background in customer service or technical support training.
Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
Willing to work on-site in Eastwood Quezon City.
