Job Description
Role Summary: HYR is seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle ERP Consultant to provide day-to-day production support across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Core Financials. The role is primarily functional (80%) with technical exposure (20%) requiring close collaboration with business users finance accounting and procurement teams as well as coordination with ERP developers and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive independent and highly accountable ensuring smooth business operations across multiple geographies (US EU Asia LATAM).
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS R12 modules in P2P O2C and R2R.
- Work directly with users to troubleshoot resolve issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with finance accounting and procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and refine processes.
- Prepare and update functional design documents test scripts and scenarios.
- Perform basic technical tasks (PL/SQL API/XML understanding) to support functional work.
- Coordinate with ERP technical teams for bug fixes enhancements and deployments.
- Follow SDLC and change management processes including weekly progress tracking and reporting.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.
- Flexible to work with global teams across US EU Asia and LATAM time zones.
