Job Description
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in Pre-K elementary and/or middle school students in an academic and/or before or after-school setting preferred.
- Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities.
- Desire to actively engage students in meaningful activities.
- Desire to be a role model for our students and younger staff members.
Description of Duties:
- Engage and support students in our program with academic social skills and other fun/social-based activities.
- Be a role model for our younger staff and students.
- Assist staff with cleaning and organization of student areas.
- Assist staff with student engagement and structured/free play.
- Assist staff prior to the start of and during Academic and/or Enrichment programs.
- Assist staff with transitioning students to different activities schedules as well as arrival and dismissal.
Salary:18.00/hr
