Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple states ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and preparing payroll-related reports.

- Process multi-state payroll in compliance with federal state and local regulations
- Support payroll tax filings and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports for management and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and reporting
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide excellent support
Qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll experience including multi-state payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Workday experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
