Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain secure and scalable platform infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (M365) services and Azure cloud resources.
Manage and support Cato Networks SD-WAN and security services.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Meraki network infrastructure.
Lead and execute change management processes ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for systems processes and configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform integration automation and incident resolution.
Contribute to platform strategy architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
