A well-established domiciliary care service is looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead and develop its home care operations. - Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary/home care (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards

- Full UK driving licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality safe and compliant care in line with CQC standards
- Provide strong leadership guidance and support to the care team
- Oversee recruitment training and performance management of staff
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure service sustainability
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients families and external professionals
