Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Strategic Visionary: Developing and implementing long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies and overseeing major capital projects.
- Compliance Crusader: Full accountability for all statutory and regulatory compliance (H&S Fire Water) negotiating and monitoring external service contracts.
- Team Leader: Leadership training and development of the in-house premises and grounds staff teams.
Compensation & Benefits
