The Opportunity & Contract Profile
This highly regarded primary school requires a reliable and diligent Site Manager. The school needs a hands-on manager who prioritizes child safety and ensures the daily security cleanliness and maintenance of the primary facilities including play areas and classrooms.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Access Anchor: Key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises for morning/evening use.
- Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY general upkeep) and managing external contractor access.
- Safety Sentinel: Conducting daily H&S checks specific to a primary environment and ensuring all external areas are safe and clean.
