Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Team Commander: Direct line management of Caretaking staff overseeing daily operational schedules and coordinating cleaning services.
- Compliance Chief: Responsibility for security systems conducting regular site inspections and completing all statutory H&S checks.
- Repair Responder: Managing planned and reactive maintenance overseeing high quality of minor repairs and supervising external contractors.
