- Ground staff check passengers in for their flights.
- They verify travel documents issue boarding passes and direct passengers to security checkpoints.
- Baggage Handling
- The ground staff handles passenger baggage from check-in to baggage claim.
- They weigh bags attach baggage tags and load bags onto the aircraft.
- Customer Service and Information
- They also assist passengers with special needs such as elderly passengers families with children or passengers with disabilities.
- Ground staff handle passenger complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Gate Management
- They coordinate with flight crews monitor passenger flow and ensure on-time departures.
- They also handle gate changes and communicate flight status updates to passengers.

The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role ideally within the Aviation Transport & Logistics industry.
- You have working knowledge of promotions and marketing.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
