As an Outdoor Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This position involves direct field visits customer meetings and product presentations to promote the companys products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and approaching potential customers in assigned areas.
Promoting products and services through presentations and demonstrations.
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Preparing and negotiating sales proposals and contracts.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submitting regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
This role requires excellent communication networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently manage time effectively and drive consistent sales growth.
Basic Salary Range:
RM 3000 RM 6000 per month
Commission & Incentives:
2% commission on sales revenue (after exceeding sales target)
Performance bonus upon achieving quarterly / yearly targets
Allowances & Claims:
Petrol allowance (based on receipts)
Toll and gas claims (based on receipts)
