Job Description

Sales Executive - Cross Border (Logistics / 3PL)

Location: Rama 3 Bangkok

Working hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Working type: Hybrid

About our client

Our client is a leading provider of logistics and supply chain solutions in Thailand and the CLMV region offering services in warehousing distribution freight forwarding and value-added logistics solutions. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team and drive business development while ensuring smooth end-to-end service for customers.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers overseas partners and suppliers.
  • Promote and sell cross-border trucking and logistics services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
  • Coordinate shipments suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare competitive quotations sales reports and profit analysis.
  • Support marketing initiatives and respond to customer inquiries RFQs RFPs and RFIs.
  • Assist operations with process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality at every step.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in industrial or logistics/freight services.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with smooth communication inside and outside Thailand.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Own a car and valid driving license.

  • Experience in cross-border logistics and new business development is a strong plus.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to the Sales Manager with close coordination with the Head of Sales & Business Development.

  • Successfully build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Achieve initial sales targets and pipeline growth for cross-border logistics services.
  • Demonstrate ability to prepare accurate quotations reports and cost sheets.
  • Contribute to smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and process improvements.
