Our client in Abuja is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily operations drive business growth and inspire a high-performing team.
What You ll Do:
Oversee daily bar operations ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
Achieve revenue targets and grow bar sales by 15% in the first year.
Manage inventory reduce waste and control costs effectively.
Recruit train and motivate a strong team with 90% retention.
Launch creative cocktails promotions and events to boost engagement.
Ensure 100% adherence to health hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in bar restaurant or hospitality management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails wines spirits and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Food Safety/Health & Safety (a plus).
