Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion embodying the brand mindset
- Helps the Chef De Cuisine in all his/her duties
- Carries out and coordinates the organization preparation production presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests
- Helps his/her Staff improve their skills and provides support for career development
- Manages his/her team to the highest level
- Is responsible for food hygiene safety and quality in section
- Participates in investment decisions for the kitchen
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as Sous Chef
- Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good knowledge of F&B service operation
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
