Job Description
- You will be responsible for welcoming the Executive team/ VIP guests on their arrival and hosting them throughout their meeting ensuring their needs are fully anticipated and met with service of an exceptional standard.
- Deliver an unparalleled level of service and cater to the unique preferences and requests of the Executive team ensuring their utmost satisfaction and comfort.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the Executive team anticipating their needs and providing personalised assistance throughout their day.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations coordinating with various departments and ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the meetings.
- Ensure the meeting rooms are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- The ability to handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure successful execution of any corporate events including room setup decorations and any special requirements.
Qualifications :
- Experience in both 5* hotels and in Private Service would be desirable but not essential
- Friendly personality; a peoples person!
- Good listening & verbal communication skills
- Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding service
- Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
