This Position reports to:
ELTechnical& DesignPromotion MgrYour Role: Own the Challenge
- Implements proactive promotional activities including technical presentations demonstrations seminars
- educational material and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
- Creates plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews including analyzing and deriving
- the insights and output of the visits.
- Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their
- needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product systems services offering features and
- benefits.
- Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.
- Provides customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the
- design institutes and technical consultants.

- Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct global and local standards tools policies and processes in their assigned area.
- Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.
- Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
- Demonstrates an understanding of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) terms concept application reporting and risks.
