Key Responsibilities

Engage with business and consulting stakeholders to define transformation opportunities using AI and data
Translate complex business challenges into actionable use cases and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape and deliver effective solutions
Build robust business cases implementation roadmaps and executive-level narratives
Act as the connector between strategy teams and technical functions ensuring alignment and impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

8 10 years of experience in strategy analytics or data transformation consulting
Strong understanding of consulting workflows and the role of data/AI in enabling business value
Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging with senior leadership
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives independently
Comfortable operating in dynamic fast-paced environments with high ownership
