Location: India (Remote)
Experience: 8 10 years
Education: MBA from IIMs or other top-tier B-Schools
We are looking for a high-impact professional to lead AI and data-driven transformation programs within the consulting industry. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on experience in analytics and technology-led change.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business and consulting stakeholders to define transformation opportunities using AI and data
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable use cases and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape and deliver effective solutions
- Build robust business cases implementation roadmaps and executive-level narratives
- Act as the connector between strategy teams and technical functions ensuring alignment and impact
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8 10 years of experience in strategy analytics or data transformation consulting
- Strong understanding of consulting workflows and the role of data/AI in enabling business value
- Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging with senior leadership
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives independently
- Comfortable operating in dynamic fast-paced environments with high ownership
