ITviec is Vietnams leading IT job platform with the vision to Excite the IT in Vietnam by Great Hiring. We connect thousands of tech professionals with top companies every year. Now we are expanding our services by launching a new Recruitment Consulting domain aiming to deliver high-level consultative hiring solutions for IT talents and employers.
As the Manager of Recruitment Consulting business you will build and lead this new business domain from scratchdefining strategies setting processes and driving growth. You will provide professional end-to-end recruitment and advisory services to both IT professionals (solely focusing on management level and high-level experts) and employers seeking specialized tech talent.
Report directly to the General Director.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Development
Formulate and execute a strategic plan to launch ITviecs Executive Search & High-Level Placement services.
Identify target segments (C-level Directors Senior Tech Experts) value propositions and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Establish and monitor metrics (KPIs) for tracking business performance.
Client Engagement & Consultation
Collaborate closely with employers to understand their strategic hiring needs at the management executive and expert levels.
Provide insights on organizational design and compensation benchmarks for high-impact roles.
Foster long-term partnerships through expert consultation and trust-building.
Candidate Outreach & Advisory
Source evaluate and place senior managers executives and top-level experts (e.g. CTO VP of Engineering Senior Solutions Architect AI Lead).
Offer confidential career consulting to high-caliber IT professionals positioning ITviec as the go-to partner for advancement in leadership and specialized roles.
Team Building & Leadership
Recruit mentor and manage a specialized team of consultants and researchers focusing on executive search best practices.
Drive a culture of excellence high-quality service and continuous learning in alignment with ITviecs vision (Excite the IT in Vietnam by Great Hiring).
Market Insights & Thought Leadership
Conduct research with the Marketing team on tech leadership trends salary benchmarks and emerging competencies in high-level IT roles.
Represent ITviec at industry events roundtables and executive forums to bolster brand visibility and network with potential clients and senior candidates.
Collaborate with other teams
Collaborate with the Job Board Sales team to support various types of customer demands.
Collaborate with the Product team to improve user experience
Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct market research engagement activities and company branding activities.

Education: Bachelors degree in any field

MUST HAVE
Experience:
3 years of experience in tech executive search or placement
2 years of people management in the tech recruitment domain
Multiple successful placements of tech executive positions (e.g. CTO VPoE)
Experience in managing profit and loss (P&L) within an executive search business
Skill Set & Attributes:
Business English communication (spoken & written)
Strong communication skills for technical discussions with high-level professionals
Leadership and team management capabilities
Presentation skills for pitching to clients and stakeholders
Strong people skills for relationship-building and stakeholder management
Results-driven / goal-oriented mindset
High adaptability & resilience in a dynamic market
Collaborative leadership style that promotes teamwork and shared success
NICE TO HAVE
Education (Tech Major): Computer Science Business Information Technology or related fields
New Business Establishment: Experience setting up a new recruitment business line from scratch
Consulting Expertise: Experience in Compensation & Benefits Consulting Talent Mapping solutions or RPO
Technical Background: Software development or IT project management experience including the following skills:
Software development
Data analysis
IT project management
