Were looking for a smart driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our Sponsorship Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch and sell event sponsorship opportunities to crypto blockchain and Web3 companies looking to reach a global engaged audience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify approach and convert tech brands startups and VCs for sponsorships and event participation.
Customize and deliver compelling pitches for sponsorships speaking slots and product showcases.
Track emerging trends key players and competitor events across Blockchain AI and Web3 Gaming Conferences.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with sponsors exhibitors and speakers.
Support outreach reporting and ensure a smooth sponsor experience during and after the event.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or Sponsorship BD experience preferably in Gaming Conferences and Game Development Expos and events.
Strong communication and pitching skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
Should have hands-on experience selling sponsorships and engaging in event sales in Game Development Conferences or Gaming Events
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce) and basic virtual event platforms (e.g. Hopin Zoom Events).
Proactive and target-driven mindset with a passion for networking and building partnerships.
