Job Description
Role: Business Strategy Associate
Were looking for a highly motivated Business Strategy Associate to join our founding team. Youll work directly with our co-founders to shape and execute our product strategy create new products and drive key initiatives across the business.
What youll do:

Lead Strategy: Youll define our long-term strategic roadmap and translate it into clear actionable plans.

Innovate & Launch: Youll be a key player in conceptualizing developing and launching new products.

Analyze Performance: Youll monitor key metrics analyze our financial data and provide data-backed recommendations to improve performance and profitability.

Research & Report: Youll conduct in-depth research on market trends competitors and opportunities then present your findings to the team in high-impact presentations.
Who were looking for:

2-4 years of experience in corporate strategy or consulting (healthcare experience is a plus).

A graduate from a top-tier institution (IIT/IIM/Tier-1).

Someone with strong analytical problem-solving and numerical skills.

A person who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can take a strategy from concept to execution.

An excellent communicator who can present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
